I demanded to see the manager who never came. Every time we returned we were told I was not allowed to drop him off. I had to let my dad out front of the hotel since we could not afford to eat in the hotel. Second, handicap parking is basically nonexistent. Simply put, no help for an 80 year old man who was mourning the death of his wife. No offer to move us and we had to haul our luggage ourselves. They finally gave us the room in the new tower that we had booked. First they put us into the old part of the towers in a room that smelled of smoke and onions. Instead we were in hell for three nights. (My mother) and we thought time out of the home would help. My dad uses a cane or walker, lost his wife 2 months ago. Most importantly, the way they treat handicapped folk is a sin.
